Bone Density:
My Prerequisites:
1. The plate must be a "pop" plate. Not a push type. The machine must have a low amplitude and go over 20 hertz or a high amplitude and be strong enough to give enough G force where it doesn't bog down the machine when leaning back on my heels. Note: heavier plates have more push and I use them for lymphatic such as the spiral types. The more pop, the more you feel it "through" your body and not just "pushing" you up.
2. If you have to wear shoes as the ballistic impact is too high, then this defeats the purpose of what the machine is for.
3. The plate must have enough G force to stimulate Bone Growth like those in the studies. The right G force can stimulate the muscles to contract to start bone metabolism. With these cheap machine out everywhere, you hardly feel any G force go up the spine.
4. People with stiff backs that are ossified and full of mineral deposits. I urge people to consult their doctor if this is the case. Many people are taking calcium and just re-depositing these minerals and make the back more stiffer than it already is. Geezz.
5. Before recommending a machine I need to know if anyone is suffering from any bone degeneration issues. I also need to know the pH of the body. It is hard to build bones in an acidic body where the body is robbing minerals and leaching them from the bones. When the body is trying to pull all the minerals from the bones so the organics don't acidify, this is not the type to be doing this. The body is pulling them while the naive person thinks they are adding them by just standing on the machine.
6. Can you jump rope or jog in place?
Note: Vitamin D is most likely gonna be people's best friend. NOT Calcium where it can be just re deposited back in the bones.
Vitamin D is probably going to be peoples best friend. Last thing you want is for calcium to be re-deposited back into your bones. Magnesium oil is also something I recommend.
I like the Vibeplate for those who have low bone density and can't handle any jarring up and down or minimal ballistic impact. I like the Hypervibe G17 as long as the amplitude is not too high.
Note: Most people who have low bone density are usually not so low in minerals but have heavy metals in their bones instead of organic minerals. Brittle bones that many people have are NOT usually from a lack of minerals. Getting the heavy metals out is what I try to do. If the machine can't drain the lymph system and get these metals out, whats the point.
It's sad that those with osteoporosis don't even know about this. The tiredness and fatigue many people have are probably from these heavy metals causing the body to have a low voltage, I mean like under 25mv. Also, most of the minerals in the body are in the hips and the femurs, where most of the minerals are stored. This is the first place they are leached.
As far as whole body vibration machines, I will say that most of the chiropractors buy the Vibeplate or the DKN or Powervibe linear types. If going for pivotal types, any machine that goes over 20 hertz should be suitable as long as it's not too jarring. Most vibration machines either excel at bones or lymphatic. Most people always want both so to get both the machine must have go to high enough speeds and have enough amplitude. The Nitrofit Plus and the Hypervibe G17 and G 17 all go 20 hertz or over. Still, nothing beats the Vibeplate. Not everyone can handle a spring loaded linear type like a Powervibe or a DKN Gg10 which are the most powerful spring loaded linear types chiros buy. The Vibeplate is the most gentle but if someone can handle more ballistic impact then there are others that I like just as good.
I strongly recommend people try both types. Nearly every Costco or Sam's has the Zaaz 20k. With all the machines I carry I absolutely offer a 30 day money back guarantee so if it is too jarring for you or you need more power. You can return it. I always have someone else that will buy a used or demo machine less than 30 days used.
Since 2008, I have a list of places all throughout the states and Canada where if anyone wants to try any model, ask me to see if there is that model in your area.
Take my vibration quiz and I will recommend a machine. Make sure if bone density or you need a less jarring machine or you don't have any back or bone problems and you can handle a more aggressive machine
Note: Make sure you let me know your body pH is under 7 pH. Leaching minerals from the bones is actually homeostasis and those under 7 pH I have to take this into consideration.
