Back in 2010 the Spiral Motion vibration machines were introduced and paired up with pivotal machines. These are now able to offer both vibrations at the same time. The older models would only let you turn one motor on at a time.
Most people turn on the spiral motor on to stimulate their circulation and use the pivotal motor to rock their hips at the same time.
Note: If the body is re-circulating the same blood without cleaning it first the body can regress to the same toxic level as the previous day. If done right each sequential session should bring one further to their goal. I always use the slowest speed settings at first to excrete all my intracellular wastes before turning the machine up high and just circulating a lot of toxic blood. Also for those new to vibration, the liver must be supported especially during the first few months. Lecithin is my favorite thing to use and lipase and psyllium husk is something I always use.
Most people turn on their machines and stand on them and expect to get to their goal and without knowing how to do it most people fail. These are mostly the people buying a machine for lymphatic drainage.
There are certain times I would only keep the spiral motor on alone while other times I turn both of motors on at the same time. If I'm doing a lymphatic session and standing on the edge of the plate leaning with almost all my body weight on my heels, I don't want the spiral motor on at the same time. The one way valves work linearly and I don't want any interference when trying to create a negative pressure. If you studied the lymphatic system in Anatomy 101 you would have learned how the one way lymphatic valves worked. But, who really cared back then other than to memorize it just enough to pass the test.
Spiral only settings: I feel better after getting all the lactic acid out of my body and getting that itchy feeling I get from the spiral mode. Standing on the spiral mode the plate doesn't move up and down but send a clockwise wave through the plate that travels up your body. (Note: I only use the spiral machines that have a right spin).
When the blood is still intoxicated and the spiral mode is oxygenating all the cells, the blood is cycling quicker and the muscles and organs are getting more oxygen but the blood is still not clean. I always go back and forth between the spiral model and pivotal model. For doing exercise, I always turn both motors on at the same time. The spiral mode has a way of stimulating all the hiding places where anything that needs to be eliminated can come out.
WARNING to those that have Cellulite blockages:
The powerful machine should cause severe itchiness at in the beginning. GET OFF IMMEDIATELY WHEN THIS HAPPENS.
I've learned that when someone is going to sit on the vibration plate a the more wattage the motor the more intense the itching is an sooner it happens. People itch when blood vessels dilate and increased circulation happens to fast. The Vmax Pulser 2 has a 1100 watt spiral motor while most machines have only a 300 watt spiral motor. The early generations like the Pro Duo that was the original spiral machine back in 2010 which had just 200 watts and the vibration was very faint. Back then they did not have all the reinforcement rods like they put in the newest models like the Pulser. The rods stop the machine from vibration across the room. Acts kinda like a dampener.
Most people that have fluid retention in their lower legs itch the most. I recommend not turning the speed up to 60 and take it slowly at first to try to stay on the full 10 minutes.
Be aware that if the toxins that are released from the cellulite are not metabolized and eliminated it can cause more swelling in the legs (fyi 80% of the lymph vessels are in the legs). Those with cellulite complain about being itchy like a mosquito biting them the most. Too much rapid oxygenation and you will know it. Many people have blood vessels that have been constricted for a long time.
Dry skin brushing is what I found that works best to prep the body before a spiral session to avoid much of this itchiness. Most people that have lots of cellulite have a poor lymphatic system and if a lot of trapped blood proteins are being released too quickly the body might not emulsify it quickly enough and it can go back into the body.

The Vmax Pulser is the top of the line of all the spiral machines and has reinforcement rods on the bottom to keep it grounded and very quiet. It has the 500 watt spiral motor for those that are heavier will appreciate this. The 300 watt spiral motor on the others is still powerful but you feel the 500 watt motor way more. The older Trio has a 500 watt motor and great for a lighter duty machine. It has more pop as it has a shorter plate but the power of the Pulser makes up for the heavier and longer 27 inch plate it has.
Notice: If you haven't noticed, the spiral models all pretty much look a like because they're all coming out of the same company. They all feel slightly different as each has different wattages and different components. The VT500 feels different than the Vmax Pulser while the 1100 watt Pulser motor gives more G force, just a little bit, than the 1000 watt motor of the VT500. The 500 watt spiral motor is the biggest difference that sets the Pulser apart from the others and its 3 rod reinforcements on the base of the machine.
