Powervibe: 

The Powervibe is the machine you will most likely see in a chiropractor clinic. This was one of the first linear type machines to make it mainstream. The machine I like of theirs is the Zen Pro 6920 Touch which is their most powerful model. This is their top commercial grade vibration machine. This is one of my recommendations for high traffic clinics.

You can vary the amplitude from low to high so it's not just one amplitude for everyone. The platform is huge, way bigger than most and it delivers power to the whole plate, not just in in the center right above the motor. You actually feel the power all the way to the edges on the Zen Pro 6920 Touch. The length of the plate is 33.5 inches. It can hold 350 pounds.  The hertz range is from 25 to 50 hertz.
