So about 90% of the people coming to my site want a whole body vibration machine for lymphatic drainage. When I first started this, about 9 out of every 10 people wanted it for bone density. This was way before the spirals like Vmax Pulser 2 and the Hypervibe or even the Vibeplate came out. This was when the Noblerex K1 and Vibraslim were the ones that everyone asked me about and the Wave vibration machine was the hottest thing.

Depending on the the way someone wants to drain lymph, it can be done two ways. The pivotal machines on low speeds rock the hips and can create a negative pressure in the larger lymphatic vessels. The lymph vessels pump the waste to the liver to be processed. The other way is to go on high speeds on a linear machine like the Vibeplate and stimulate the lymph capillaries under the skin. This goes way to fast to pump the waste to the liver. But it picks up the waste and as long as someone is doing any type of exercise or walking (I at least try to take 10,000 steps per day). That is what many health practitioners have told me. On the Vibeplate my body gets itchy and it feels like someone just dry skin brushed me for an hour.
Leaning back on your heels.. This should be second nature and takes about a week to have this come natural. This is the most important thing to know. I mean it.
Some vibration machines can cause peoples legs to itch to the point where you want to scratch it like a mosquito bit you. THIS IS NOW THE TIME TO GET OFF IMMEDIATELY. The body probably hasn't been oxygenated like this in ages. Some of these machines can turn lymph up to 15 times depending on its strength. People who can't handle so many lymph turns might want to stand closer in or stay on the plate shorter times and not lean on their heels as much. Also most people itch more at night than in the morning. Remember, this itchiness usually goes away within about 2 weeks of first using these machines.
For those looking to use a vibration machine for lymphatic drainage, the most gentle of the machines are the Zaaz 20k and Vibeplate. These are my favorite if someone is going to be using the machines for about 33 minutes. It takes about 33 minutes at 5 vibrations a second to get 10,000 vibrations on each leg. (5 vibrations Times 60 seconds is 300)
10,000/300 is 33.33.. So about 33 minutes it takes if I want to mimic walking 10,000 steps per day. Leaning on my heels this long on some make my heels tender and I do NOT like using these machines when it feels tender.

Note: 80% of the lymph vessels are in the leg. YES, LEG, NOT LEGS. If you ever see people with anxiety and they are tapping their legs, just go to a long movie and notice which legs people are tapping. In 99.99% of the people, its always that same leg. If anyone can tell me which leg it is and why it is that leg, I will give a discount on any machine. The promo code is Right80 or Left80. You must tell me why you came up with you answer and if correct I will give a discount. You must mention this offer at the beginning of the call.

More in detail notes on lymphatic drainage with vibration machines.
Note: The 2 things I strongly recommend on this page in particular are lecithin and lipase. Make sure it's organic sunflower lecithin and not soy. A lot of fatty acids are going to be sent to the liver and lipase enzymes helps assist these and digest these fats that end up in the blood and lymph. This is really important if not sweating in an infrared sauna.

Note: using a vibration machine is a 3 part problem. 1 . The liver must release enough lipophilic toxins into the bile. 2. If not enough, it might not trigger the bile release so the  lipophilic toxins make it to the gut. 3. The lipophilic toxins should not get absorbed back into the fat.

Many of the people don't do it right and never were told really how to use these machines. People just go on them and stand 10 minutes and are like they did their health regimen for the day. All they are doing is just reabsorbing all the fatty acids from one part of their body to the other as they are fat soluble but they never emulsify in the gut and don't leave the body.

Many people are using a sauna and think they are just gonna sweat it out. Lipophilic toxins (fat toxins) are fat soluble, not water soluble. On the other hand if trying to process more wastes than the body can handle can cause lipophilic toxicity.
Many people go into a sauna twice a day and use their vibration machine several times a day without any extra support.

The liver can only process so much waste a day and make so much bile a day. That is why lecithin is most people's best friend. The best way I've found to see if the liver is in good health enough to do this is by seeing how quickly my skin prunes after a very hot bath. A toxic liver deficient in sterols will make the skin resistant to water or take much longer for pruning to take place. Most of the people that call me try this and prune very quick.

Note: I always eat a high fat diet when trying to lose weight. High fat dilutes my lipophilic toxins so they don't get reabsorbed back into my body. Most people try to eat a low calorie diet, not a "CALORIE ENHANCED DIET". These high fat meals help release tons of bile in the liver so my toxins being released actually get processed and eliminated. Bile is automatically released when their is fat in the stomach. The bile helps helps the liver to dump the toxins into the gut instead of back into the body. I've found that this doesn't work if not eating high fiber to hep bulk the fats so they won't be reabsorbed. Psyllium fiber is what I like best.

Concerning machines, some machines have more amplitude and pump lymphatic valves more and others not as much. I don't recommend the 13mm high displacement machines for those that aren't taking any of the other protocols I mention.
I rank the different machines generically but if someone is going to be doing more protocols my recommendations will change. Like if you have an infrared sauna, let me know on my vibration quiz.

You don't want to overtax the organs if they aren't prepared to handle all the fatty acids being released too quickly. About 70% of the lymphatic capillaries are right near the surface of the skin. Depending on the protocols someone is taking, the Vibeplate doesn't move up and down to actually move the one way valves up and down slow enough to pump the lymph. It does however feel like a dry skin brush and stimulates my finer lymph capillaries on the surface. The other 30% of the lymphatic system are the larger lymph vessels that connect to the organs. So, before deciding on a vibration machine, know if you want to stimulate the surface 70% or the larger vessels. This will depend on factors such as sweating, etc.

There are 3 tiers of vibration machines I choose from when I make recommendations for lymphatic drainage. But, this can depend on the health conditions of a person. Please reach out to me if you want help choosing. Please take my vibration machine quiz first before you call especially if the reason is for lymphatic drainage. Take my quiz here.
Make sure you tell me anything like if you use any compression bandages, or you have swelling, etc.
If the one way valves move too fast they don't have enough time to let new fluid in and old fluid out. As the legs go up and down the valves open and close, the more force behind the acceleration the stronger the negative pressure and the more lymph turns. The same amount of lymph can be moved by longer sessions less intense or by shorter more intense sessions. It really depends on how long someone has to be on the machine. If someone can stay on it 3 times a day for about 11 minutes, that is the best way I've found.

Exposed by My Children for What I Really Look Like

Flipping through the pictures on my phone, I see it.

My first reaction is shock. Who took this hideous picture of me?

Self-loathing and disgust swell up and threaten to bring me to tears.

Just as I am about to hit delete, my boy walks in the room.

“Do you know anything about this picture?” I ask him.

I turn the screen so he can see it. He smiles huge.

“I took that of you in Tahoe,” he says. “You looked so beautiful laying there. I couldn’t help it mom.”

“You need to ask me before using my phone to take pictures,” I say.

“I know,” he says. “But mom, seriously, look how pretty you look?”

I look at the picture again and try to see what he sees.

My daughter walks over and takes a look.

“That could be a postcard mom,” she says smiling. “You’re so beautiful. I love it.”

I take a deep breath.

This is exactly what I needed.

My default mode is to see and focus on the flaws and imperfections. I’m starting to see a bit more.

I still see my dimply, fat thighs.

I also see a mom collapsed on the shore that just explored the lake for hours with her children.

I still see chubby arms.

I also see the arms of a mom that just helped her kids across the rocks and hot sand so their feet wouldn’t hurt.

I still see a fat woman wearing a black dress bathing suit to try to hide her weight issue.

I also see an adventurous mom that loves her children something fierce.

Like many women, I have struggled with my weight most of my life. It’s not something that will ever go away for me. I don’t have a naturally slim body. Never have.

Right now I’m the heaviest I’ve been in 10 years. Yet…

I have not let my weight stop me this time. I am wearing tank tops, sundresses and bathing suits in public. I’m running around playing with my kids this summer and I sometimes even feel attractive.

Yes. You heard me.

“I feel pretty. Oh so pretty. I feel pretty, and witty and bright.”

Well…not exactly. But something like that.

Is it because I’m getting older? Is it that I have more to worry about than just how I look? Or maybe it’s because my kids look at me with such adoring eyes.

Really, it doesn’t matter.

I don’t hate my body anymore.

That’s huge for me to admit and hard to even wrap my mind around.

I’m not giving up on exercising and getting healthy. Those are things I will continue to strive for because I want to be around awhile.

Right now though, I just want to love my body where it is. I want it to be OK to see myself the way my kids do.

Thank you kids.
