The Vibeplate and when I recommend it:
If someone is looking for a vibration machine first for bone density and lymphatic drainage, this is almost always going to be my recommendation. The Vibeplate is different than a pivotal type for lymphatic exercise as the plate stays stationary but the pulses go "though" the plate. It feels almost like your whole body has been body scrubbed or even dry skin brushed. In ten minutes it feels like you paid 80 dollars at one of these spas to give you a body scrub.
The Vibeplate stimulate the lymphatic capillaries under the skin. The pivotal type doesn't have the force to force to vibrate these capillaries 50 times a second like the Vibeplate and works slower. Once the capillaries suck out all the lymph, then it goes into the lymphatic vessels and the body can continue to pump the lymph to the liver throughout the day. The pivotal type dumps all the waste into the liver as fast as it will pump. The pivotal types can move up to 15 times as much lymph as walking.
The Vibeplate has minimal ballistic impact and no jarring like the spring loaded vertical vibration machines. For people that can't handle any moveable machines, this is the one that most people like, especially for those who have bad knees or lower back problems.
This machine will make most people itch at first and mostly those who have cellulite blockages. It is easy to lean on your heels barefooted with the Vibeplate because the plate doesn't move up and down.
A good deal of the people calling me complain about cellulite. This is a tricky condition as it is hard to get rid of. Many of the lipo laser clinics use the Vibeplate right after lipo laser treatments. The fatty acids that were just released can then get picked up by the lymph capillaries and then to the lymph vessels then to the liver to be processed. The Vibeplate helps make it so that the fat doesn't get reabsorbed. For those who are using it at home and not using a lipo laser, the machine is strong enough to beak open enough blockages to make people itch. Those that are in peak health and have great circulation rarely complain of itching. The itching is from the body parts being oxygenated super fast.
VERY TOXIC PEOPLE BUYING A VIBEPLATE
Many people that want to lose weight cannot neutralize the toxins being dumped into the liver so standing on a machine drains as much lymph as the Vibeplate needs to take other precautions.
If toxins can't be neutralized by the liver fast enough they will usually go to the largest fat reserves, usually the legs in women where its a safe storage area far far away from the organs. I strongly recommend taking fermented vitamins and a super aggressive probiotic and metabolic enzymes (not just regular digestive enzymes). I have wholesale connections with many companies that I've worked with for years and get the same prices that health food stores pay.
I get samples of fermented vitamins so if anyone wants a trial pack, call me and I will get the manufacturer to send some free of charge. I don't take vitamins anymore unless they are fermented. Also organic sunflower lecithin is one of the things I put in my smoothies every day. By mineralizing the liver, it will help with the sudden toxins it gets and help so it they don't go to the legs and form cellulite mostly with women.
The Vibeplate comes in a steel and aluminum version. I highly recommend getting the steel version over the aluminum. The motors are the same but the magnet is smaller in the aluminum as it has less plate mass to push. The aluminum has more pop while the steel version has more more push along with the pop. The aluminum is easier to move around which is the only good thing about it. The smaller the plate the more you feel the force. The 24x24 feels much stronger than the 24x40 version. I am talking about maybe 10 to 15%, not enough that most people will really care about. Turning the steel model up to level 8 feels more like the aluminum model on level 10. With the steel version, you feel the G force more up the body and with the aluminum one you feel it more in the legs.
The aluminum doesn't hold the g force momentum as much as their is less mass. It disperses the vibration more outward into the plate so the entire plate feels the same while the steel you feel more g force in the center while the edges of the plate feel less g force. Also the aluminum models resonate the floor more since the vibration has to travel somewhere. The heavier the person is the more the vibration goes into the person and not the floor.
