Sonic Vibration Machines:
The sonic vibration machines are the most popular for those that are in rehabilitation who can't handle hardly any jarring or ballistic impact.
NEW PERSONAL SONIX (YELLOW)
This is the latest residential sonic vibration machine I've reviewed. This is the entry level sonic vibration machine model and is rated at 40,000 Gauss. It goes as low as 3 hertz and goes up to 50 hertz.
The springs under the plate compensate for heaver people and less speaker power can be used. This slightly gives a reduction in vibration the heavier the weight is on the plate. Note: I do not recommend bringing a sonic machine out by the pool or in the hot sun. The driver, when being used, can get really hot and expand and heat can fracture it. It won't completely stop working but the performance can go down.
Sonic models rarely go over 2 G forces. I love the sonic models when I do lymphatic exercise but or bone density, I prefer the higher G force models.
The 4 sonic brands are the Theravibe (in rail speakers, the Turbosonic, and the Sonic Life. The Sonic Life vibration machines are the most affordable and are now all digital. They don't give off heat like the older generation sonic models.
